Job Description

As an Email Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of email campaigns that drive engagement and customer retention. This position involves working closely with senior team members to plan campaigns, create content, and analyze results. You will also contribute to improving email performance through creative ideas and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
• Manage, segment, and grow email lists for targeted campaigns
• Proofread, format, and optimize content to ensure mobile-friendly designs
• Enhance templates with personalization, visuals, and interactive features
• Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure consistent messaging
• Track and analyze campaign results, reporting key metrics to stakeholders
• Run A/B tests and introduce optimization strategies for better outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in email or digital marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Strong copywriting and content editing abilities
• Exposure to HTML, CMS, or marketing automation is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
