Role Summary

The English and Phonics Teacher will guide students to a deeper understanding of the English language while developing their phonics skills. Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Planning and Development

  • Prepare structured lesson plans in line with the school’s curriculum and standards.
  • Create engaging and interactive teaching materials to cater to various learning styles.

Classroom Instruction

  • Deliver lessons that spark curiosity and encourage critical thinking.
  • Incorporate technology and other resources to make learning exciting and effective.

Assessment and Evaluation

  • Prepare and submit question banks as scheduled.
  • Develop and conduct assessments to track students’ progress.
  • Offer constructive feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.

Student Engagement and Support

  • Create an inclusive environment where all students feel valued.
  • Offer extra support to learners who need additional guidance.

Collaboration and Professional Development
