Job Title: Executive Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner, who also serves as the President of Faculty at the School of Fintech. This role requires exceptional administrative coordination, project support, and operational efficiency. You will manage calendars, communication, documentation, and program operations within the School of Fintech, ensuring seamless execution across tasks and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and logistics
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action points, and follow-ups
• Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, and digital file management (Drive/Notion)
• Support School of Fintech operations including:
– Session readiness and coordination
– Facilitator communication
– Student onboarding and alumni engagement
• Maintain communication channels via Slack, WhatsApp Business, and Email
• Create light content snippets and schedule posts using Canva and Flodesk
• Track invoices, renewals, NDAs, and maintain structured digital records
• Provide clear weekly reports and operational updates

Requirements

• 2–4 years proven experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and calendar management
• Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work with discretion, speed, and calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy with experience using Slack, Notion, Canva, Airtable (an advantage)
• Proactive and smart female candidate (role is strictly for women)

Salary

N120,000 monthly (slightly negotiable)
