Role Overview

The Executive Assistant – HR/Training & Development will provide high-level administrative and HR support to enhance the efficiency of the department. This role involves coordinating HR functions, managing training programs, handling employee engagement activities, and supporting performance management processes. The ideal candidate will be articulate, organized, proactive, and capable of representing the institute with professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and executive support within the HR and Training & Development unit.
  • Coordinate staff training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and related documentation as required.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support executive functions and departmental goals.
  • Maintain proper records, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily HR operations.
  • Uphold the institute’s work culture, standards, and values in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • B.Sc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any related field.
  • CIPM certification or other HR-related professional credential is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and performance management.
  • Highly intelligent, articulate, confident, and able to perform executive tasks with professionalism.
  • Extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent work ethic: humble, hardworking, and results-oriented.
