Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Travel Manager and Admission Officer to oversee our operations across Europe, the UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate will manage client consultations, support travel planning, guide students on visa documentation, and lead a team of travel counselors to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Engage clients to understand their travel needs, budget, and goals.
Provide expert advice on destinations, routes, study travel packages, and visa requirements.
Plan and coordinate travel processes for clients and students.
Offer visa advisory support, including guidance on required documents and application procedures.
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow up and quality service.
Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and offer support after travel.
Work closely with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Uphold the organization’s standards, ethics, and service values.

Qualifications and Skills

BSc or HND in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the travel industry.
Proven experience as a travel manager.
Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
Good knowledge of travel booking systems and industry practices.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
High attention to detail and strong customer service mindset.

Salary

₦400,000 to ₦500,000 monthly.
