Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Security Supervisor to strengthen our operations in the Security and Investigations sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring the protection of clients, staff, and property.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to respond quickly to incidents, and effective collaboration with other departments to maintain a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of security operations, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure compliance with company protocols
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement when required
• Train and mentor security staff on safety standards and emergency response
• Monitor surveillance systems and investigate incidents when necessary
• Prepare detailed reports on security operations and staff performance for management

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience as a security supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze security data and prepare actionable reports
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
