Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Farm Supervisor who preferably resides in the Ogii Okigwe area. The successful candidate will oversee daily farm operations, support oil mill activities, and ensure healthy crop performance. The person will work closely with the farm owner and contribute to smooth plant and mill production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities across the farm and oil mill operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor the health, growth, and overall productivity of crops.
• Participate actively in routine farm tasks and support farm workers.
• Maintain proper farm practices to achieve consistent production outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in farm supervision.
• Practical knowledge of crop management and basic mill operations.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision.
• Candidates living within Ogii Okigwe or nearby areas are preferred.

Salary

N70,000 – N75,000 per month.
Free accommodation will be provided.
