Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers with a friendly attitude
• Accurately scan items, apply discounts, and issue receipts
• Process payments including cash, debit, and credit card transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on store policies or products
• Handle complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• 2 to 4 years relevant experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment

Salary

N160,000 per month
