Position Summary
We are looking for a committed and professional Female Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves managing order confirmations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Confirm customer orders via phone calls or messaging apps to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with delivery agents to ensure timely and successful deliveries
- Provide customers with regular updates on their orders and delivery schedules
- Maintain clear and accurate records of orders and deliveries
- Communicate recurring customer feedback and delivery challenges to management for service improvement
Requirements
- OND, HND, NCE, FLSC, or B.Sc. qualification with at least two years of relevant experience
- Professional and neat appearance
- Strong verbal communication skills and confident interaction with customers
- A browsing-enabled phone with WhatsApp for communication with customers and delivery agents
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Must be 18 years or older
Salary
₦70,000 – ₦120,000 per month
