Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and friendly Customer Relations Officer to ensure clients receive a smooth and memorable experience. The role involves managing the full spa journey, including bookings, memberships, loyalty programs and customer communication. The officer will also support social media management and campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, subscriptions and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client data appointments reservations spa treatments timings loyalty programs and membership subscriptions
• Ensure service consistency safety procedures correct pricing receipt issuing and accurate client documentation
• Work closely with the spa manager and spa director to support daily operations purchasing needs client feedback and service flow
• Support revenue improvement activities service upgrades incentive programs marketing and brand visibility
• Create and manage social media campaigns to increase online presence sales and client loyalty
• Manage all social media accounts including Facebook Twitter and Instagram and take photos of completed treatments for content
• Promote spa memberships with a monthly target of ten new members
• Represent the company at trade fairs and external events within Abuja and outside when required
• Support the sister brand Amali Cosmetics with sales and inventory management
• Carry out other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or HND qualification
• One to three years experience in the beauty sector
• Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to guide clients based on their needs
• Ability to adapt to change multitask and follow up on tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal written and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal leadership and listening abilities with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of beauty sector practices and trends
• Familiarity with spa booking software Excel Microsoft Office and point of sale systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing

Salary

N100000 to N130000 monthly negotiable
