Role Overview

The Field Engineer will handle customer installations, repairs, and product support. The role requires a professional who can deliver quality technical service, follow set procedures, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Install inverters, stabilizers, and related products according to company procedures.

• Attend to customer service requests assigned by the Service Controller.

• Ensure products function properly after installation and repairs.

• Train customers on product use and basic maintenance.

• Provide updates to customers on the status of their installations or service requests.

• Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND in Engineering or a related field.

• Two to three years of relevant experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and work attitude.

• Strong work ethics and customer service mindset.

• Skills in planning, troubleshooting, leadership, and teamwork.

• Knowledge of electrical installation, electronics repair, and product support.

• Positive mindset, hardworking, flexible, and result oriented.
