Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial background to help drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the business. This role plays a key part in budgeting, revenue planning, cost management, and supporting strategic commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage regular financial reports and performance analysis for decision-making
  • Oversee the entire sales reporting process
  • Analyze customer profitability and support improvements in commercial returns
  • Work closely with commercial teams to align business strategies with financial objectives
  • Monitor and manage Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets
  • Track and control promotional discounts and marketing spend
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
  • Build and review business cases for commercial projects, product innovations, and promotional campaigns
  • Support pricing, internal trade terms, and trade value chain strategies
  • Ensure all commercial activities and negotiations are financially sound and aligned with company goals

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Professional accounting certification such as ACA or ACCA
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with a commercial focus
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting models, and budgeting
  • Experience with accounting systems and tools, especially SAP
  • Familiarity with the cement manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and ethical work standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
