Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Overview
The Finance Manager will handle daily finance operations, maintain accurate records, analyse financial performance, manage capital allocation, and support strategic planning. The role requires strong technical skills, accuracy, discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management and Accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and financial closing activities
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions
- Improve internal controls and financial processes
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop variance analysis reports
- Produce management reports for leadership review
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts
- Track budget performance and recommend cost control measures
- Build financial models to support planning
Capital Allocation and Investment Analysis
- Review capital expenditure proposals using ROI, NPV, and payback analysis
- Monitor ongoing investments and projects
- Recommend financial efficiency and cost-saving options
Cash Flow and Treasury Management
- Manage cash flow and ensure funds availability
- Oversee payables, receivables, and banking activities
- Implement treasury controls and optimise working capital
Compliance and Audit
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
- Oversee tax filings and liaise with tax consultants
- Support internal and external audit processes
Strategic Support
- Provide insights to support business strategy
- Conduct industry and competitor financial analysis
- Work with leadership on funding and business assessments
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA Level II preferred
- Six to eight years of relevant finance experience in oil and gas services, consulting, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate finance, and financial modelling
- Experience preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills

Salary
Monthly net salary of N800000 to N900000.
