Position Overview

Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Ajah / Abraham Adesanya, Lagos
Industry: FMCG

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making.
• Monitor sales, collections, and inventory transactions specific to FMCG operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities as needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1 – 5 years of proven experience as an Account Officer, preferably in an FMCG or modern trade environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
