About the Role

As the Financial Control Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our financial reporting systems, internal controls, and audit processes. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accuracy in financial data across our group entities while ensuring we remain compliant with regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance expert who can think strategically, work cross-functionally, and improve financial operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure all financial reports comply with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards
  • Supervise financial data entry and reporting across all finance team members and local entities
  • Manage the consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and currency translations
  • Maintain and enhance internal control procedures to protect financial data and company assets
  • Identify financial risks and implement effective control improvements
  • Coordinate and lead external audits across the organization
  • Maintain consistent financial policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Oversee the use of ERP and reporting systems while improving automation and reporting efficiency
  • Support the Head of Finance with cash flow monitoring and compliance reporting
  • Provide leadership and support to the financial control team
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in financial control, audit, or accounting roles
  • Proven experience working in group structures with multiple entities
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and financial regulations in emerging markets
  • Skilled in using financial systems such as NetSuite and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and regions
