Role Overview

The Fleet and Monitoring Officer will support daily fleet activities, track vehicle movements, manage communication with drivers, and ensure smooth coordination of transport operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast paced and shift based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet movement and provide real time updates.
• Assist with transport planning and daily logistics coordination.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure compliance with routes and safety rules.
• Report incidents, delays, and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain records of vehicle activities and performance.
• Support the team in achieving efficient and safe fleet operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• BSC or HND in any relevant field.
• Experience in fleet tracking, logistics coordination, or control room operations is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift schedules.

Salary

Salary range is N300,000 to N600,000 monthly.
