Job Title: Floor Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Role Overview
The Floor Manager will oversee daily floor operations and guide the service team to deliver excellent member and guest experiences. This role requires a hands-on individual who can maintain the club’s atmosphere, ensure smooth service flow, and uphold operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily front-of-house activities
• Lead and support the service team to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain the club’s environment, ensuring it remains organized and welcoming
• Handle member and guest requests professionally
• Monitor service quality and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Review sales reports and track performance
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Build positive relationships with members and manage feedback effectively
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar fields
• Two to four years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality, retail, or service
• Experience managing customer-facing teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant or club operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic financial understanding for interpreting performance reports
Salary
N400,000 to N600,000 monthly
