Role Overview

The Pre-school Teacher will work on-site and support children between ages two and five. The role involves creating a caring learning space and helping each child grow in all areas of development. The teacher will work closely with parents and other team members to ensure a positive and productive classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children
• Create and maintain a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Supervise daily activities and support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
• Observe and record children’s progress
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues
• Encourage cognitive, physical, social, and language development through structured learning

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc, B.A, or HND in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum of two years experience working with preschool children
• Must live in Ikorodu, Lagos State
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of child development
• Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities

Salary

N45,000 to N50,000 per month
