Job Title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the food and beverage department
• Manage dining rooms, lounges, terrace, bars, and catering areas to ensure proper setup of tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and more
• Assist management in controlling costs, monitoring labour budgets, and maintaining profit and loss goals
• Identify and respond proactively to customers’ needs and feedback
• Lead and supervise F&B team, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure staff adhere to appearance and uniform standards
• Prepare and update staff schedules, ensuring all necessary changes are communicated clearly
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams on reservations and special events
• Conduct pre-shift and pre-event meetings to align team efforts
• Handle employee relations in collaboration with the HR Manager
• Maintain accurate records, including staff time logs and daily sales reports
• Drive sales through promotions, up-selling techniques, and staff training
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and feedback implementation
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and pricing
• Work with other departments to ensure adequate staffing and seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• HND in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in food and beverage supervision
