Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information on company products, services, and pricing
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Recommend suitable tyres, batteries, lubricants, and other automotive products
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and services for their needs
• Maintain accurate customer records, including warranty registrations and transaction details in the CRM system
• Document sales, inventory, and customer interactions properly
• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
• Prepare invoices and process billing efficiently

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant field
• 1 to 5 years of work experience in a customer-facing or similar role

Salary

₦120,000 – ₦125,000 monthly
