Job Title: Fulfillment Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

The Fulfillment Officer will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders while overseeing dispatch operations, inventory, and vendor management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both people and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the welfare of medical dispatch riders
• Ensure timely maintenance of LifeBank’s assets
• Handle fund reconciliation and update financial and operational records
• Oversee office management and ensure smooth daily operations
• Collect and reconcile invoices while ensuring prompt bank deposits
• Manage vendor relationships and sign agreements within the city of operation
• Track medical cylinders and monitor stock levels at StockBank
• Package orders and oversee inventory processes
• Monitor compliance of riders with company procedures and standards
• Prepare and submit weekly reports
• Report operational challenges to the Operations Lead
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or related roles
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
