Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while supporting frontend integrations across Trade Lenda, One Kiosk, and associated subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer, the role involves technical leadership, system architecture, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to high-impact digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using GoLand and JavaScript

• Support the CTO with technical guidance and system architecture decisions

• Mentor and coach junior developers to foster collaboration and skill growth

• Contribute to software architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks

• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, standards compliance, and best practices

• Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute testing strategies

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions

• Communicate project progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system integrity

• Participate in on-call rotations for critical production support

• Write technical reports and conduct development testing

• Develop and implement technical guidelines, concepts, and strategies

• Review customer insights, market data, and industry trends to inform development decisions

• Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to build a strong engineering team culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in GoLand and JavaScript

• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
