Role Overview
The Funds Mobilization Officer is responsible for sourcing investment funds from individuals and corporate organizations. The role involves promoting the company’s investment products through both online and offline channels, strengthening customer relationships, and educating customers on available wealth growth opportunities. The officer works within approved regulations and company policies. The position includes a base salary and additional commissions and productivity bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell the company’s fund placement products to individuals and businesses
• Drive adoption of the company’s Wealth Management mobile app
• Engage customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them on available investment options
• Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s treasury and investment products
• Educate customers on benefits, processes, and opportunities related to fund placement products
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth
• Support customer acquisition and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
• HND or OND in any relevant field
• One to ten years of experience in sales, finance, customer engagement, or a related role
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
• Good understanding of digital platforms and mobile apps
Salary
Monthly salary range is N80,000 to N100,000. Additional commissions and bonuses are available based on performance.
