Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role is essential to ensuring smooth clinic operations while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls and emails efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential files
- Schedule and confirm appointments, including follow-ups
- Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective communication
- Assist in supporting the clinic’s wellness services and programs
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an added advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

₦100,000 monthly
