Role Overview
The General Manager will provide leadership, direction, and oversight across all departments to ensure smooth operations and strong business performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid experience in operations, finance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will guide company growth, strengthen client relationships, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership to achieve company goals
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Develop and implement business policies, strategies, and procedures
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational and financial reports
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams for high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth
• Handle escalated issues and manage risks effectively
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• MBA is an added advantage
• Seven to ten years of managerial or senior leadership experience
• Strong understanding of operations, finance, and people management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to drive performance and manage budgets
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure
• High integrity, professionalism, and organizational capacity
Salary
N500000 monthly and above
