Job Description
Carlcare Nigeria is offering an exciting Graduate Trainee Program for young and passionate graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
The program is designed to provide practical training, hands-on experience, and career development opportunities across different areas of the business.
As a Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Participate in structured training programs across multiple business units
- Support daily operations under the guidance of experienced managers
- Contribute to projects, research, and process improvement initiatives
- Learn company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Social Sciences, Arts, or IT are an advantage)
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory
- Applicants must be 26 years old or younger
- Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
