Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo rotational assignments across various departments to gain hands-on experience and professional growth. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily activities in Operations, Truck Maintenance, Audit, HR & Administration, Finance, and IT.
• Assisting the truck maintenance team with vehicle performance monitoring, maintenance schedules, and compliance records.
• Contributing to audit reviews through data collection, working papers, and internal control checks.
• Assisting HR and Admin with recruitment, employee engagement, record keeping, and administrative support.
• Supporting the finance team in reconciliations, expense tracking, analysis, and basic reporting.
• Assisting IT in troubleshooting, system updates, and digital transformation projects.
• Participating in training, workshops, and mentorship programs for technical and leadership development.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation from each rotation.
• Demonstrating adaptability, teamwork, and creativity in improving processes.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
