Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check guests into their rooms promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and the local area
• Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently and courteously
• Communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Handle guest payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and reception area
• Assist guests with luggage and additional requests when necessary
• Offer recommendations on nearby restaurants, attractions, and activities
• Arrange transportation services such as taxis or car rentals for guests
• Remain available to respond to guest inquiries or requests at all times

Salary

₦50,000 – ₦100,000 Monthly
