Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including meal planning, recipe creation, and food preparation.
• Ensure consistent portion control and quality standards.
• Manage the financial performance of the kitchen, including budgeting and cost control.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and maintaining high food safety standards.
• Create a variety of dishes, including local cuisines, continental meals, and pastries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a professional chef.
• Expertise in both local and continental dishes, as well as pastry preparation.
• Relevant culinary qualifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
