Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and visionary professional to lead our nursery school division. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in early childhood education, with a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, child safety, and protection.

This role offers the opportunity to shape a high-quality early years environment that nurtures the development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursery staff
• Implement and maintain nursery policies aligned with the EYFS framework
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for children in line with safeguarding standards
• Design and deliver an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate children’s progress using effective assessment systems
• Build positive relationships with parents and the community
• Integrate digital tools and technology to support learning and operations
• Drive continuous improvement through regular quality assurance practices

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline
• Qualified Teacher Status (TRCN) or eligible for certification
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a nursery school, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies
• Strong grasp of EYFS framework and its practical application
• Comfortable using digital tools to support learning and administration

Salary

₦120,000 – ₦140,000 per month
