Class Suites Hotels & Apartments is a modern hospitality brand with multiple branches across Lagos and Abuja. Our hotels are strategically located near Muritala Muhammed Airport (LOS) and within vibrant areas such as Ikeja, Ogudu, Ogba, Agege, and Jabi, offering guests a blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Branch Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff while fostering teamwork and high performance
• Deliver excellent guest service, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor hotel financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
• Work with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy, implement promotional campaigns, and strengthen customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local laws, while managing inventory and maintenance needs
• Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and recommend strategies to improve overall branch performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
• Candidates residing in or around Ikeja who are available for immediate resumption will be preferred
