Job Summary

The Hotel Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a neat, sanitary, and welcoming environment for guests. This position plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by keeping all areas of the hotel clean and comfortable. The right candidate will be hardworking, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering a high standard of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Dust furniture, polish surfaces, and clean mirrors and windows
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces
• Replace bed linens, towels, and other guest room essentials
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal
• Restock amenities and cleaning supplies in guest rooms as required
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or security concerns to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications and Requirements

• FSLC, SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification
• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, safety practices, and proper cleaning methods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Professional and discreet when working in guest spaces
