Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Hotel Marketing Manager to promote our brand, attract guests, and increase hotel revenue. The ideal candidate will plan and manage marketing activities, oversee advertising campaigns, and maintain the hotel’s presence across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost hotel visibility and bookings
• Manage advertising, promotional campaigns, and partnerships
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Plan and manage the hotel’s social media presence and digital campaigns
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing goals with revenue targets
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and press releases
• Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to enhance guest satisfaction
• Plan and coordinate marketing events and special offers
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management

Qualifications and Skills

• SSCE or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing or hospitality
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
