Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Executive who will play an important role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting our people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Support the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training and development programs to improve performance
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Promote employee engagement and workplace wellness initiatives
- Assist with performance management and succession planning
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is an advantage)
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ HR experience, preferably within logistics, FMCG, or corporate services
- Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools
