Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Handle the complete recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection
• Support new employees with onboarding, training, and orientation on company policies and procedures

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution

• Provide support on employee concerns and workplace grievances
• Conduct investigations on workplace issues when necessary
• Encourage a positive and professional work environment while mediating conflicts

Compensation and Benefits

• Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave administration
• Oversee payroll processes and contribute to compensation and benefits planning

Performance and Development

• Support performance reviews and assist in setting employee goals
• Identify training needs and organize development programs and workshops

Policy and Compliance

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of professional HR experience

Salary

N250,000 – N280,000 per month
