About the Role

We’re currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in people-focused environments and has proven experience in managing teams and driving organizational performance through strategic HR practices.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader with a strong background in human resources and a passion for people development. You bring insight into interpersonal dynamics and a results-driven approach to training, motivating, and guiding team members — both leaders and staff — to align with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen the workforce by leading initiatives around talent development, engagement, and retention
  • Review and improve internal HR processes including policy updates, team restructuring, and morale strategies
  • Serve as a bridge between management and employees, handling concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Drive performance management through structured appraisals and constructive feedback systems
  • Support teams with strategic HR planning and execution aligned with business goals
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes for smooth team integration
  • Provide training and support to managers in coaching and developing their teams
  • Maintain and improve employee benefits programs
  • Monitor and report HR KPIs and metrics to senior leadership
  • Develop and manage the HR departmental budget
  • Organize ongoing training, certifications, and professional development opportunities
  • Oversee disciplinary actions and employee terminations in line with company policy
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, managing teams with diverse backgrounds
  • Comfortable using (or quick to learn) digital task management tools such as ClickUp
Salary
  • Based on experience (DOE)
