Role Overview

Izunwanne Enterprises Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee and drive all HR operations within the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong HR systems, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting management with effective people and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end human resources operations and HR strategy.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.

• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company standards.

• Support leadership with workforce planning, people management, and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience working as a Human Resource Manager.

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives effectively.

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
