Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with hiring, employee onboarding, record management, and other HR functions that contribute to a positive workplace experience. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain employee records in the company database.

Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential employees.

Post job openings on online job boards and social media platforms.

Assist in removing job postings once positions are filled.

Conduct market research on salary trends and job data.

Support the planning and coordination of company events and activities.

Draft and send offer or rejection emails to job candidates.

Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Respond to staff inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or current study in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage.

Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
