Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and exit processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with current labor laws and industry standards.
• Lead performance appraisals and support managers with performance improvement plans and employee development.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and ensure fair, consistent resolution.
• Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management decision-making.
• Provide HR advisory support on client projects, including policy development, compliance audits, and outsourced HR services.
• Promote initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, increase employee engagement, and improve retention.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and advisory processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation

N400,000 – N600,000 per month
