Sweet Nation Foods Limited is a fast-growing company that manufactures and distributes specialty snacks across the retail and food-service industries. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abuja.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Human Resource systems and structures
• Manage recruitment processes including job descriptions, job ads, and interviews
• Design and oversee effective onboarding programs
• Create and manage training and development plans
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
• Support performance management activities
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with company policies
• Handle disciplinary and grievance matters professionally

Requirements

• Minimum of four years proven experience in Human Resources
• Relevant HR certifications and educational qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Salary

N350,000 – N450,000 per month
