Role Overview

We are hiring a Human Resources Manager who is people focused and operations minded. This role is responsible for building a strong service culture, managing staff performance, and ensuring smooth HR operations that support our brand values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Management

• Manage the full hiring process for all club roles including cashiers, waitresses, stewards, security staff, bar staff, kitchen staff, hosts and hostesses, dancers, and DJs
• Conduct shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a talent pool to support busy club operations

Training, Culture, and Development

• Promote high service standards including grooming, conduct, and work performance
• Organize pre shift briefings and regular staff training sessions
• Encourage discipline, respect, courtesy, speed, and positive guest experience

Employee Relations and Welfare

• Serve as a link between management and employees while keeping information confidential
• Handle staff complaints and conflicts in a professional manner
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff records
• Support welfare programs that improve staff satisfaction and retention

Performance and Discipline Management

• Track staff performance and key performance indicators
• Document misconduct and apply disciplinary actions fairly
• Manage warnings, suspensions, and exits when required
• Support supervisors in monitoring staff behavior during operations

HR Operations and Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, appraisals, and onboarding documents
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and safety rules
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review

Operational Support During Club Hours

• Be present during operations to observe staff conduct and dress standards
• Support floor teams including security, bar staff, hosts, and cashiers
• Ensure proper staff placement and smooth workflow during service hours

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three to five years or more HR experience
• Experience in hospitality or nightlife is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management
• Good communication and record keeping skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
• Strong conflict management and emotional awareness
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and self discipline
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends when required

Salary

Monthly pay range is N450,000 to N500,000
