Job Title: ICT Lead
Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role
The ICT Lead will shape and implement the company’s technology direction. This role involves overseeing IT operations, driving innovation, and ensuring that digital tools and systems support business growth, efficiency, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ICT strategies in line with business goals
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems with a focus on scalability and security
- Lead digital transformation projects including ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions
- Establish and maintain IT governance, data security, and compliance standards
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the ICT team, fostering skills development and performance
- Advise management on technology trends and opportunities for innovation
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ ICT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven record of managing enterprise-wide IT projects and digital transformation
- Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly
