Job Title: In-Store Sales Supervisor
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Role Overview
The In-Store Sales Supervisor will manage daily store operations and ensure smooth customer service activities. The role involves supervising sales teams, maintaining store standards, and supporting overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the customer service team to maintain high service standards
• Lead the wholesale and retail teams to achieve sales goals
• Monitor inventory and support stock control and replenishment
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising meet brand standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing
• Organize regular team meetings and support staff training
• Track sales performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Oversee cash registers and daily sales reconciliation
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in retail or sales supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good understanding of retail operations
• Ability to manage teams and handle customer-related issues
Salary
N150000 per month
