Role Overview

Talentforge Solutions Limited is hiring an Influencer Relationship Manager who will oversee influencer marketing activities for service based and technology focused clients. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with influencers, expand brand awareness, and support business growth through well planned influencer campaigns. This role requires someone who understands social media trends and can manage influencer partnerships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable influencers across different industries and social platforms
• Build and maintain long term working relationships with influencers including micro and nano influencers
• Negotiate partnership agreements and campaign terms with influencers
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with company and client objectives
• Track campaign performance and provide reports on influencer results
• Work with internal teams using Google Workspace for communication and project coordination
• Monitor industry developments and suggest new influencer marketing ideas and strategies
• Maintain an updated database of influencers and collaboration records

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the technology or service industry
• Experience managing influencer partnerships both within Nigeria and internationally
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer engagement, and marketing trends
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Good knowledge and practical use of Google Workspace tools
• Confident personality with the ability to present ideas clearly
• Access to an existing network or database of influencers will be an added advantage

Salary

Monthly salary ranges from 150,000 Naira to 250,000 Naira
