Role Overview

The Intelligence Officer will quietly observe daily operations, detect risks early, and help prevent security or operational issues. This role supports the safety of guests, staff, and the business by gathering accurate information and reporting concerns professionally. The ideal candidate must be observant, calm, and able to work confidently in a busy nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational and Security Monitoring

• Observe club activities discreetly and report unusual behavior or misconduct
• Monitor staff and guest interactions to identify risks or possible security issues
• Detect internal theft, policy violations, or dishonest practices and report through the proper channel
• Track guest patterns and operational trends that may affect safety or service quality

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure security procedures and operational guidelines are followed during shifts
• Assess staff conduct, crowd movement, and weak points in operations
• Prepare clear daily reports with findings, risks, and suggestions
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality

Incident Prevention and Response

• Identify potential conflicts or unsafe behavior before they escalate
• Support the security team during emergencies, busy nights, and VIP events
• Monitor sensitive areas such as cash handling points, entry checks, and restricted zones

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with security, operations, and guest service teams
• Share useful insights with management when required
• Promote discipline, awareness, and professionalism across all departments

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in security, surveillance, intelligence, or operations monitoring
• Background in hospitality or nightlife is an advantage
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• High emotional intelligence and good judgment
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Clear reporting and basic analytical skills
• Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and peak periods

Salary

N150,000 to N170,000 per month
