Location: Lagos
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for an Intercontinental Chef to lead our kitchen operations. You will oversee food production, ensure high-quality standards, and guide our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
- Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Test and refine recipes to guarantee consistent quality.
- Enforce food safety and hygiene standards according to industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
- Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies as needed to minimize waste.
- Prepare and monitor the kitchen budget, controlling expenses effectively.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new techniques into daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in intercontinental or international cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
