Role Overview

The Interior Designer / Architect will support the design and development of new furniture concepts, store layouts, and renovation projects. The role involves working with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality designs and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain consistent design standards
• Manage corporate design prototypes and ensure they meet required specifications
• Create CAD layouts and elevations for new products, remodels, and renovation projects
• Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans
• Work with architects, engineers, sign manufacturers, fixture contractors, and other partners to prepare project bids and cost estimates
• Support the planning team with project schedules, budgets, documentation, and delivery
• Generate reports and checklists as assigned
• Carry out site inspections for measurements and field verification
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
• Three to six years of experience working with furniture or engineering drawings
• Strong proficiency in CAD software
• Experience in 3D modelling or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
