Role Overview
We’re hiring an Internal Auditor to help strengthen our internal controls and improve our day-to-day operations. This role involves reviewing processes across departments like finance, procurement, inventory, and outlet activities. You will help identify risks, spot inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions to keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits across outlets and departments including finance, POS, inventory, and procurement
- Evaluate operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Investigate inconsistencies such as stock differences, revenue gaps, and irregular transactions
- Review key financial records including cash handling, reconciliations, supplier payments, and expense reports
- Identify areas of risk and provide clear, realistic recommendations for improvement
- Monitor corrective actions and follow up on outstanding audit issues
- Ensure alignment with relevant laws and internal standards (e.g., safety, tax, data protection)
- Prepare detailed audit reports and discuss findings with management
- Collaborate with the finance team on fraud prevention, risk management, and internal policy updates
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an audit or finance-related role
Salary
₦300,000 monthly
