JOB TITLE: INTERNAL AUDITOR
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the full audit cycle, including risk and control assessments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and financial regulations
- Evaluate and analyse accounting documents, previous audit reports, and data
- Present clear and detailed reports on audit results and recommendations
- Provide independent advice to ensure legal and business compliance
- Identify weaknesses and propose solutions for risk reduction and cost efficiency
- Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee
- Document findings and processes in audit memos
- Follow up on audit outcomes to ensure timely interventions
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant field
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in auditing or related roles
