Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Audit Trainee who enjoys working with data and maintaining accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying daily inventory records, identifying errors, and helping design efficient systems that prevent mistakes. You will work with minimal supervision, using your initiative to ensure that every report reflects the true state of our operations.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow into roles such as Inventory Auditor, Operations Manager, or Head of Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit daily stock and sales reports from multiple delivery agents across the country.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing records, and data duplication.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and help prevent shortages by tracking product movement and lead times.
• Develop and maintain simple control systems that ensure data accuracy and accountability.
• Assist in national weekly reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Share reports, findings, and improvement suggestions with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field with strong analytical or business background.
• Must reside in Lagos and be available for on-site work.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and analytical communication skills.
• Willingness to learn inventory tools such as Zoho and data analysis software.
• Must have a personal laptop.
